9. WHAT IS "THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN"?
9.1. The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten") is the right of the natural person to request the company to destroy personal data in the shortest time, only if a law body or competent authority does not oppose this procedure, and only when there are well-founded reasons such as: * The data is no longer required for the company; * The data subject withdraws his consent and opposes the processing of data.
